The Joan gown by Kelly Faetanini is a fun mermaid gown that is just classic enough, but definitely not cookie cutter.  The body of the gown is made of crepe and has a plunging sweetheart neckline, detachable off shoulder straps, and princess seams that shape your body and accentuate your shape.  The bottom of the dress is made of layers of tulle that are done in an ombre effect, from ivory at the top against the crepe, to a dusty blush at the bottom, giving the gown a lengthening effect.
